2. Preparing the Ceiling
No scraping, sanding, or hanging new drywall to cover a popcorn ceiling. We opt instead to apply bonding agents that ensure an excellent bond so your ceiling never fails. This avoids the mess and allows for work on the ceiling not to affect the walls.
3. Plastering
Once your ceiling is prepared we begin applying successive coats of plaster, gypsum or lime based depending on the level of durability and anti-mold finish you desire, and finish by troweling smooth to minimize and in some cases eliminate the need for sanding once dry.
